The Hallway of Honor was started in 1998 with an autographed picture of Steve Garvey. Rich Westcott, a Schenevus graduate, parent, coach, and former Board of Education member started the project as a way to inspire everyone in the school community. As you view the pictures of these high-profile sports figures and read through their inspirational notes, it becomes apparent that parents, teachers, coaches and administrators as well as these sports heroes are all saying the same thing - work hard and dream big.
