Dignity For All Students Act  

The Dignity for All Students Act law is an official policy of New York State that requires all students in public schools to have the right to an education free of discrimination and harassment.

The information included on this page and the links provided will provide you with the resources to understand what this law means and how it is to be put into practice by the district.

If you feel that a protected right has been infringed upon, please submit claim to the district for investigation. To report a complaint regarding discrimination, bullying or harassment use form below or stop in the Main or Guidance office to pick one up.
