Studio Art I

Studio Art is typically the first art class offered to high school students.  In this class students will work with a variety of materials and different mediums.  Students have the opportunity to experiment and explore their creativity through several different types of projects such as drawing and shading, painting, printing, positive and negative space, tessellations, figure drawing, and design work.  During the class, students also learn about different artists and their works. 

The studio class finished charcoal drawings of Greek columns, and are working with pastels now.
